Our Policy & Commitment

At Solace London, we are committed to accessibility and inclusion. We want solacelondon.com to be accessible to as many people as possible, including customers with disabilities, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build and test our site. We are working towards conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301549, the European standard for ICT accessibility referenced by the European Accessibility Act, and have regard to the UK Equality Act 2010.

We are continuing to improve, audit and test our website with the support of an accessibility partner, as part of our ongoing work to design, develop and test the site against recognised accessibility standards. We are making ongoing efforts to ensure all areas of the site are fully accessible.
